We do. Our local team is notified immediately through our guest support line. We utilise our in-house maintenance partners, Porter Property Services, to assess and fix issues swiftly. Most minor repairs are handled between stays to ensure no loss of revenue or guest satisfaction

We take property protection seriously. Our screening process minimises these risks, but if an issue arises, we handle the confrontation. We can utilise noise-monitoring technology (as an add-on) and have clear protocols for guest removal and insurance claims in the event of rule breaches.
How do you ensure the cleaners are doing a good job?
Every clean must pass our “Stayhub Standard.” Our cleaners use a digital app to complete a checklist, which includes uploading photos of the finished property. This allows our management team to audit the quality of every turnover remotely before the next guest arrives.
Yes, while our guest team handles the travellers, you will have a dedicated Property Manager who serves as your primary point of contact for all owner-related queries.
