Yes, a full professional photography session is included as a standard part of our onboarding process for all new management agreements. We believe that high-quality visuals are so critical to your property’s success that we provide this service to ensure your listing launches with the best possible competitive advantage.
We typically refresh photos if you make significant changes to the decor, furniture, or layout of the home. It is important that the listing accurately reflects what the guest will experience to maintain our 5-star review standards.
We recommend these specialised extras for properties with unique selling points that a standard camera cannot fully capture from the ground. Drone photography is ideal for homes with expansive views, large acreage, or proximity to the beach, as it provides guests with a better sense of the location and surroundings.
How should I prepare my property for the photo shoot?
Your property should be “guest-ready” and decluttered before our photographer arrives. We recommend removing personal items like family photos, clearing kitchen countertops of small appliances, and ensuring all light bulbs are working.
The photos are commissioned specifically for the marketing and management of your property under Stayhub. While we manage the distribution of these images, the usage rights remain with us for the duration of our partnership.
